This weekend our parish family will witness and celebrate the First Holy Communion of fourteen our young people from Primary Four at our 10am Sunday Mass. This is a joyful occasion for the candidates themselves, as well as for their family and friends, as they approach the altar for the first time to receive the living and true God in the Holy Eucharist. We pray for our young candidates as they begin a life-long journey devoted to the Eucharistic Lord! First Communions will also take place next weekend, Sunday 22nd May at 12noon Mass.
